Welcome to the Tenant Portal. This portal is designed to give accounts information, which is up-dated daily at 1am.

Our building Freeholders, and Directors of Right to Manage and Resident Management Companies have secure coded access to the accounts for their building with a daily updated BvA statement and balance sheet.

Individual long leaseholders can also have, via secure code, access to their personal account only and can view 2 years service charge accounts. For investors this will provide suitable information for your annual tax return.
