Senior Management Team

With over 40 years' experience in Estate Agency, Stephen advises on residential and mixed-use projects at every stage, from initial site appraisal to marketing & sales programmes within UK and overseas markets. Stephen advises developers on planning, affordable housing, block management and long-term investment potential. He is also actively involved in the presentation of London investment properties in the Asian market and is now Chairman of the property management company. Hurford Salvi Carr Property Management have formed a joint venture with Block Management Investments Ltd, a subsidiary of Alpha Real Capital, a multi-billion pound company with strong links in the investment market.

Colleen joined the company with a background of complex business transformation and change programmes. Her business experiences has resulted in a completely re-vamped management department, building on her strong leadership, technical and analytical skills. She is currently undertaking the department through structural procedures and cultural change whilst gaining commitment to new models of working. Colleen is passionate to raise standards in the residential property management sector, encouraging property professionals to be progressive and forward thinking to maximise a first class delivery.

Julie has worked for HSCPM since 2006 having previously worked for a property developer. She works in the Property Management division as Head of Block Management. Julie is the Company Secretary for HSCPM and also oversees the Legal Services Department. As a long standing member of HSCPM Julie has a wealth of experience including matters such as service charge disputes and debt recovery. She is a Member of IRPM and an Associate of both RICS and CILEx.

Ashley joined HSCPM in 2023 as the Managing Director of Keneth Peters Asset Management, their commercial division. He was formerly an Associate Director at Colliers International in their Business Space Lease Advisory team and a RICS Chartered Surveyor with an excellent reputation in the property industry across all sectors. During the last 20 years, Ashley has built up an impressive track record as a consummate professional in multiple areas (valuations, landlord and tenant matters, expert at third party proceedings, asset management, business rates, etc) adept at tackling complex cases and attaining excellent results for management and corporate clients.

Michael is a qualified accountant and a member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountants (ACCA). He joined HSCPM in 2016 and manages the groups company and service charge accounts.

Sue became our Director of Building Surveyors in 2016 having originally joined Ashby Building Surveyors in 2013. Sue has a 10 year background in Project Management before becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2010. Prior to 2013, Sue worked for a long established Surveying firm in central London, undertaking varied Building Surveyor instructions for commercial and residential refurbishments, defect diagnosis, planned maintenance programme reporting, Party Wall matters, and Buildings Reinstatement Cost Assessments. The technical skills provided by Building Surveying and management techniques gained in Project Management provide a solid base to support our team and resolve any issues which may arise.
