The commercial management team have just been appointed managing agents for the commercial building in Hatton Garden.

Located in the heart of London’s famous Jewellery district and the centre of the UK diamond trade, the area retains its ambience of all things "glitter", although in recent times more redundant workshops have been converted into luxury residential accommodation.

Plans are being looked at with Hurford Salvi Carr’s New Homes Team for a lateral development with the adjacent building owner and other up-grades are in the pipeline.
