Simon Gwynn MRICS
The Property Management Director is a Chartered Surveyor with over 17 years experience specialising in Residential Property Management. Simon, whose experience includes acting for national Developers, was formerly the Property Management Associate Partner at Rumball Sedgwick in St Albans, one of the country's longest established surveying practices.
Steve Drake
The Operations Director previously had a career for 25 years in Facilities Management, culminating as Head of Facilities responsible to the Board for two office buildings in central London. With budgets in excess of £8,000,000 and 30 full time and 30 part time staff, Steve consequently has a visceral understanding of the physical maintenance requirements and problems associated with buildings of this type.
Jim Thornton MICE MCIOB
The Managing Director of the Company is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Chartered Builder, and has degrees in Building Technology and the Economics & Statistics of Town Planning. He has particular expertise in the management of Design and Build Construction Contracts, and considerable experience in acting for lessees and RMC and RTM companies at the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal. In his spare time he is involved in politics as a member of the National Executive of the Independent Network.
