Right to Manage
The Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 brought in a new 'no fault' right to manage for lessees in certain blocks of flats. Hurford Salvi Carr established one of the first Right To Manage Companies, and since then has helped a large number of buildings to consider or implement the provisions of the Act.
We have good reason to believe that we now have as much experience as any other organisation in the country in the Right to Manage field.
