Small Buildings take as much management time as medium sized ones, but this means the unit cost for a small building is higher. Either the residents of a small building pay more, or a managing agent subsidises the cost. We do not see why those in larger blocks should subsidise those in small buildings, so we have a dedicated team that will share the work with you to reduce the cost.
We have helped many buildings manage themselves through the Right to Manage process introduced in the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002.
We have built up considerable experience at the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal, and have the benefit of experience of successes as well as mistakes to inform our expertise in this area.
