Our Letting Management department manages around 700 flats for investors, involving collecting rent, sorting out problems in the flats, regular inspections, handling deposits, gas and electrical certification, and check-ins and check-outs. Landlords can now access our website with a password and check the current Statement on their rents and costs, and complete tax forms. For portfolios of properties outside the areas served by Hurford Salvi Carr London offices, there is a very successful Project Management service for finding tenants and minimising void periods, and we now have instructions across the north of England.

Lettings Management also offers a rent collection and management service for Landlords of commercial premises. In conjunction with Central London colleagues, services can be provided for lettings, rent reviews, valuations, schedules of dilapidations, and all general professional services.
