HSC Property Management

Founded in 1996, Hurford Salvi Carr Property Management's core business is Block Management, with about 160 buildings comprising around 3700 units under management. We are members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and also have ISO 9002 certification for our management systems.

HSCPM also rent collect and manage around 700 flats for private landlords, and offer a very cost efficient portfolio management service. Expanding services are Building Surveyors, Right to Manage, Company Secretarial and an Accounts-Only service for small buildings.

In 2009, HSCPM opened a Management Office in Limehouse, connected to the Hertford computer system, and plans are being developed for further neighbourhood offices in Central London.
