Building Surveyors

Hurford Salvi Carr Property Management now have three full time building surveyors who are able to deal with a wide range of building work.

Primarily dealing with S20 repair and maintenance projects, HSCPM building surveyors also provide 15 year maintenance plans for reserve fund calculations, carry out insurance valuations, administer insurance claims and reinstatements, and advise on a wide range of building defects.
