Property Managers are not high in the popularity stakes, and in surveys tend to be down at the bottom with politicians and bankers, and even, dare we say it, with estate agents. At Hurford Salvi Carr Property Management we try and make communication a priority, and each lessee has the direct line of their Property Manager so they do not have to fight their way through the switchboard in an emergency.

We know that accounting is a big area of concern, and we have developed up-to-date accounting systems so that Debtors are correct by lunchtime, and Creditors are only about a week behind. Directors of RMC and RTM companies can be emailed reports as Excel spreadsheets at any time, and we send all lessees quarterly Expenditure against Budget reports.
