"Hurford Salvi Carr Property Management took over management of our building, and the first thing they did was to sort out the service charge accounts. Previously we had little information, and we worried that cash had gone missing. Now we get regular reports and Balance Sheets emailed to us, the Property Manager brings it all on a laptop to Board Meetings, and we have confidence that our money is being looked after properly."

An article in News On The Block Magazine recently stated: PROVIDING ACCESS to communal digital TV and broadband is one of the most important roles of a managing agent, a nationwide survey has revealed.
In the online survey, commissioned by Sky, block residents were asked to rate the importance of managing agent services. Managing and arranging all repairs and enhancements on the block; making sure the block is safe and secure, and acting on residents' behalf with the landlord on any issues were rated as the most important tasks.
A recent article in News on the Block magazine said: The government has no plans to carry out a formal review of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Minister of State, Ministry of Justice, Lord Faulks, confirmed in the House of Lords in response to a question from fellow Conservative Baroness Gardener, a long-time advocate of commonhold, said: “It is 12 years since this law was passed and 11 sections are still listed as not in force.” These included, she added, sections that provide for the protection of tenants and leaseholders’ deposits.
Hurford Salvi Carr are now recruiting for Sales and Letting managers in London.
The successful candidates will be based in a new flagship office with a 20 meter glass frontage that is due to open in Q4 2014. Located in a prominent position on City Road the office is ideally situated to take advantage of the numerous residential schemes that front the Regents Canal and the high specification towers that are currently being built or in the planning pipeline.
